50% of exporters without own website
According to the Department of E-Commerce and Information Technology, 2015 through surveys of more than 800 companies engaged in export in various fields such as textiles, footwear, seafood, up to 50% … no website active service.
Among the companies has its own website, only 58% of sites have foreign language versions to serve the promotion of products towards the export market. The proportion of exporters participating in ecommerce floor also remains low, accounting for only 20% of people surveyed.
How to develop partner relations with applicable export is still the most direct encounter with 59%, while the implementation of this activity through the website or e-commerce floor accounts for 19%.
Meanwhile, as many as 73% of businesses surveyed rated the e-commerce applications in the export activity is very effective. At the same time, 66% of enterprises that use online services such as automated customs clearance system of customs to carry out customs procedures for export goods. However, 41% of companies said that does not use online public services by the operating system unstable and 32% of businesses said that the order of execution of online services is unclear.
